Thorough Interviewing – All applicants will interview with a seasoned recruiter to determine eligibility for employment.

Employment References – We will verify a minimum of two references on each applicant.

Skills Testing – All applicants are required to pass a basic skills test. The testing can be customized to your specific needs.

Criminal Background Checks – Background checks are available per your request.

Drug Screening –Drugs Screens are administered in our office and results are available immediately.

Employee Benefits – We offer direct deposit, referral bonuses, attendance and safety incentives, 6 paid holidays per year, and 1 week paid vacation per year.

1^st Day Check In – To insure employees arrive on time their first day a representative from Expert Personnel Solutions will be at the job site to introduce them to their supervisor.

On Call Services – Someone is on call and available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Guarantee – If you are not completely satisfied with an employee, simply call within the first four hours and that employee will be replaced and you will not be billed for those hours worked.

Four Hour Minimum – We guarantee our employees a minimum of four hours for any job assignment that they are placed on.

Pricing – Our pricing includes all services listed above as well as Federal, State, and Social Security Taxes, Medicare, Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance for all employees.

Temporary – Short and long term positions based on your needs.

Temporary to Hire – There is a 520 hour Temp-Hire period with no liquidation fees.

Direct Hire – We offer direct hires for a onetime fee.

Payroll Service – We offer various types of payroll services.

On-Site Services – Customized to your needs.

As an employer in the State of Georgia, we follow all Federal and State guidelines that are required of employers. We carry very adequate Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. A Certificate of Insurance will be furnished upon request.
